Monday Mindset: You Matter, Your Story Matters
As we celebrate National Women’s Equality Day this week, let’s pause to honor the women who came before us — women who used their voices, courage, and determination to create lasting change.
Over 100 years ago the suffragettes stood together and fought for women’s right to vote. The suffragettes faced criticism, resistance, violence and incredible challenges… yet they continued to show up, advocate, and pave the way for future generations of women.
Their stories remind us that one voice, one action, and one moment of courage can create a ripple effect far beyond our greatest imagination.

It is my incredible privilege to have connected with hundreds of women worldwide and through my work continue these conversations. It is such an honor to be even a small part of empowering women.
