Monday Mindset: Spring Is An Invitation to Begin Again

Monday Mindset: Spring Is An Invitation to Begin Again

March 23, 20261 min read

This week welcomes the Spring season! A natural invitation to begin again.

To gently let go of what’s been weighing on us — old habits, old patterns, old ways of thinking —
and make space for something new.

Growth doesn’t happen by accident… It happens when we are WILLING to release what no longer serves us. SURRENDERING the old… so we can receive what He has in store for us.

I recently heard Father Mike Schmitz ask a simple yet powerful question: “Do the past seven days of your life reflect who you are and who you want to be?”

What habits, decisions, choices are you making each day….? And do they truly reflect the person you wish to become? Not to judge ourselves — to bring awareness to the opportunity to embrace our God-given gifts.

CHOOSE TO PRACTICE — BE CONSISTENT — with returning your/our focus to Him, SURRENDER, ASK FOR WISDOM, and RELAX IN THE JOY OF HIS LOVE and STRENGTH!

Happy Spring!

With grateful heart, love and prayers,
Carroll 💙

Scripture Reflection:

Joel 2:12–13 “Return to Me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping and mourning… Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the Lord your God, for He is gracious and compassionate.”
