Monday Mindset: Grounding in Nature
This week, let’s turn to one of the most HEALING and EMPOWERING practices — GROUNDING IN NATURE.
When life feels rushed, pressured, or heavy… nature gently whispers:
“Pause — slow down, come outside.”
There is science behind grounding in nature: touching the ground with your bare feet, sitting by a tree, even taking a 5-minute walk outside — not only do these practices help clear our minds, they reduce stress, anxiety, and even inflammation!
Spiritually and physically, grounding brings us back to the present moment and with a clear mind.
So let’s commit — each day this week, take five minutes — to step outside, breathe deeply, feel the ground beneath our feet — let’s get grounded.
Inspiring Reminders for Your Week:
Lao Tzu: “Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson: “Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience.”
Thich Nhat Hanh: “Walk as if you are kissing the Earth with your feet.”
Scripture Reflection:
Isaiah 55:12 – “You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands.”
Love and prayers,
