Monday Mindset: Honoring and Reconnecting with Your Younger Self

There is a younger version of you that still exists within!!! The version of you who trusted more easily — who dreamed without overthinking — who showed up fully without question.

Without realizing it, life — the good, the bad, trauma, peer pressure, wants, needs, competition, comparison, rejection, the day-to-day…, fear — has stolen pieces of our ‘pure selves.’

Let’s consider SURRENDERING ‘the things’ that have led us away from that pure, hopeful, trusting, younger version of self, to Him.

The PRACTICE of being in the PRESENT MOMENT, SURRENDERING whatever does not serve us and ASKING Him to help us be who He wants us to be – is a CHOICE.

With His help, His strength, His love, our younger selves can heal and we can embrace and grow our God-given gifts. It is NEVER too late. He is just waiting for us to reach out.
