Monday Mindset: Happy Memorial Day - Honoring Those in Service of Others!

Thank You, Father, for the day.

Monday Mindset — together – in Gratitude, choosing a powerful beginning for each week!

Today, on MEMORIAL DAY, we pause to remember and honor the men and women who sacrificed their lives in service to others — sacrificed for us and for our children and their children…

A day like today reminds us that freedom, peace, and opportunity are not things to take lightly. They come at a cost — a huge cost, unimaginable cost.

It also invites us into deeper reflection…

How are we living the life we’ve been given? Are we moving through each day with GRATITUDE?
Are we PRESENT enough to recognize the blessings, people, and moments right in front of us?

So often, we rush through life distracted, worried, overwhelmed, trying to get to the next thing…, taking entirely too much for granted.

Yet, today is a beautiful day to slow down, be grateful and honor those that this day is about, and say Thank You, Father.

Let’s, together SURRENDER the things pulling us away from what matters most. His love.
SURRENDER the rush. SURRENDER the noise. SURRENDER the pressure.
Return to GRATITUDE — to the present moment with Him and those sitting right in front of us.

Wishing you a peaceful Memorial Day filled with reflection, gratitude, family, and love.

In thanksgiving for ALL that serve — past, present and future in the armed forces – and always with love and prayers,
Carroll 💙
